Established in 2007, Union Glory Group consists of a conglomerate of wholly owned Canadian incorporated subsidiaries which currently hold mineral claims for iron ore, gold, and granite in properties located in the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Quebec.

Joseph Ho, CEO
Mr. Ho is a Canadian citizen and resident and has been in the commercial trading business since 1978. In 1983, he started his own important and exporting business which dealt mainly with medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and textile products. In 1996, he set up a parallel trading business in the United States which traded mainly with China. Exports included heavy machineries and factory equipment.
In 2002, Mr. Ho began exporting Canadian gas station systems and equipment to China. He also invested into real estate, coal mining and oil field projects. As a founding member of Union Glory, Mr. Ho aims to bridge the gap between Canada and foreign investors in Asia.
Jimmy Sun, Legal Counsel
Mr. Sun is a practicing lawyer with over 30 years of legal experience in Ontario, Canada. His expertise ranges from natural resources law, corporate commercial law, and real estate development.
As legal counsel to Union Glory Group, Mr. Sun brings a wealth of experience in the management to Union Glory's Group of Companies.
Robert James Dillman, Tudor Gold Project
Mr. Dillman graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology in 1991. He has been a practicing as a professional Geologist for over 20 years and is also a licensed Prospector in Ontario.
TUDOR GOLD PROJECT
Mr. Dillman together with Mr. Chard are the legal owners of the Tudor Project property. They have worked on the Tudor Gold Project for over 26 years and have extensive expertise with respect to the geological presence of gold in the area. Union Glory Gold Ltd. holds the property through an option agreement between Union Glory Gold Ltd. and Mr. Dillman and Mr. Chard.
While Mr. Dillman & Mr. Chard fulfill the requirements as a "Qualified Person" for the purpose of NI43-101, because there is a there is a conflict of interest in this situation, they cannot be a "Qualified Person" for this project. However, Mr. Dillman and Mr. Chard continues to be a valuable general source of expert opinion and advice for Union Glory Group.
James Morley Chard, Tudor Gold Project
Mr. Chard is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines, Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology (1983). He has over 27 years of experience as a Professional Geologist and is a licensed Prospector in Otnario since 1984.
